Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards may be used for services or products from Safari West. Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Safari West is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed cards. Please protect your card as you would cash.
Food and Beverage Policy:
We would like to mention our onsite restaurant; the Savannah Café offers scrumptious lunches and/or dinners. The cost of lunch would be $19 per adult and $13 per child (4-12 years old). Dinner would be $35 per adult and $17 per child (4-12 years old). And, for a quick refueling before or after your tour, check out the deli delights at Delilah’s snack bar. Fine wine and/or brews plus soft drinks are also available at our restaurant and deli.
If you would like to make reservations for either lunch or dinner, please call us, you may also book online as well.
Groups of 10 or more, there will be an automatic 18% service charge which goes directly to the restaurant staff. It will be added on and charged to the credit card on file once the reservations department receives your confirmation.
Please note - outside picnic food/baskets are not permitted on the grounds.
We do ask that you do NOT bring your pets to Safari West. If you do bring them, you will be required to reschedule your reservation to a different date.
Service Animals
We are a wildlife preserve. For your safety and the well-being of our animals and staff, Service animals may not accompany you anywhere on the Safari Tour nor are they permitted to stay in your vehicle. We do have one kennel available. Guests who require a service animal need to to call (707) 579-2551 at least 72 hours in advance in order to notify the office and reserve the kennel. Please note: without adequate notice, we cannot guarantee that we will have the kennel available and you would need to reschedule your visit.
Cancellation Policy:
* We are more than happy to help you reschedule your exploration or provide you a gift card for the full value so that you can reschedule at your leisure.
* We are happy to reschedule any existing reservation, regardless of the date, at no cost.
* We are happy to cancel any existing reservation and provide you the full balance of the booking on a Safari West Gift Card at no cost.
All fees normally associated with cancellations will be waived for the duration of this crisis.
